PEOPLE ENJOY TALKING TO ME AND SPENDING TIME WITH ME.

Introverts tend to think that other people don’t enjoy their company. This isn’t the case, and you should say this daily affirmation to remind yourself of that. It will help you relax in the company of others and be more comfortable speaking up.

IT IS OKAY THAT I ENJOY MY OWN COMPANY OVER THE COMPANY OF OTHERS.

You should never feel bad about preferring to be alone. If that is the way that you are, then do what it takes to be happy. Don’t feel guilty about it, and remember that it is perfectly fine that you choose to spend your time alone.
